cplay software package provides A front-end for various audio players, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install cplay
cplay is installed in your system.
Make ensure the cplay package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep cplay *
You will get with cplay package name, version, architecture and description in a table
